Azulene Paste

A broad-spectrum mineral UV filter that is also soothing.

A tar-derived, sulfur-containing compound (ammonium bituminosulfonate) with anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, traditionally used to treat boils, eczema, and other inflamed skin conditions.

A synthetic derivative of azulene naturally found in guaiac wood essential oil. Shares the potent anti-inflammatory and skin-calming properties of its cousin azulene (from chamomile), with the same striking deep blue color. Used in K-beauty products for sensitive and reactive skin.

The stable ester form of vitamin E that converts to active tocopherol in skin; a common, shelf-stable antioxidant.

Vitamin B2, a yellow flavin compound and essential coenzyme for cellular energy metabolism and antioxidant defense; used in cosmetics as a skin-conditioning agent and pigment (imparts yellow color at higher concentrations).

The hydrochloride salt form of thiamine (vitamin B1), used in cosmetics as a skin-conditioning and antioxidant active; chemically distinct from the free-base Thiamine INCI and provides improved stability and solubility.

The hydrochloride salt form of vitamin B6, with greater water solubility than the free pyridoxine form; used in cosmetics as a skin-conditioning and sebum-regulating agent, commonly found in oily and acne-prone skin formulas.
