What SkinAtlas is

SkinAtlas is a personal skincare intelligence tool. It helps you track products, ingredients, and daily skin observations, and uses that data to surface patterns and answer questions.

SkinAtlas is for informational and personal tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device, it does not provide medical or dermatological advice, and it is not a substitute for a licensed healthcare professional. See the Medical Disclaimer for more detail.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use SkinAtlas. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You may use SkinAtlas for your own personal skincare tracking. You may not: attempt to reverse-engineer the application or scrape data at scale; misuse the AI Copilot to generate harmful, deceptive, or misleading content; use SkinAtlas in any way that violates applicable law; or share your account with others.

The AI Copilot is intended for personal skincare questions. Using it to generate medical diagnoses, treatment protocols, or advice intended for others is outside its intended use.

Your content

You own the data you put into SkinAtlas — your journal entries, product notes, skin logs, and skin profile. SkinAtlas does not claim any intellectual property rights over your personal data.

If you use the routine sharing feature and create a public page, you grant SkinAtlas a limited licence to display that data publicly at your share link. You can revoke this at any time by deleting the share link.

You are responsible for ensuring that anything you upload (including product images) does not infringe third-party rights.

Free tier and Pro (coming soon)

SkinAtlas is currently free to use within usage limits described in the app (AI Copilot questions per day, correlation insights, and skin observations).

A paid Pro tier is planned. When it launches, additional terms covering billing, cancellation, and refund policy will be added here. Existing free-tier usage will not be affected by the launch of Pro.

Availability and changes

SkinAtlas is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the date above. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkinAtlas and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including any decisions you make based on ingredient information or AI Copilot responses.

The total liability of SkinAtlas to you for any claim under these terms will not exceed the amount you have paid to SkinAtlas in the twelve months preceding the claim (or zero, if you are on the free tier).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Singapore, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
